Welcome to HedgeCo. By accessing our website, creating an account, or investing in the HedgeCo fund, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before proceeding.

1. Eligibility

• You must be at least 18 years old to use HedgeCo's services.
• You must provide valid identification, a Tax Registration Number (TRN) or international equivalent, and comply with all applicable KYC/AML requirements.
• You confirm that the funds you contribute are lawfully obtained.

2. Minimum Contribution

• The minimum initial investment is USD $20,000.
• Contributions may be made as an Upfront Contribution (single payment) or Overtime Contribution (structured installments, as agreed).

3. Investment Risks

• Investments in hedge funds carry risk of loss, including potential loss of principal.
• Past performance does not guarantee future results.
• HedgeCo invests across industries (real estate, energy, CFDs, bonds, and others). Each carries varying degrees of risk.
• By contributing, you acknowledge that you understand and accept these risks.

4. Investor Obligations

• Provide accurate and up-to-date information during account setup.
• Promptly notify HedgeCo of any changes to personal or financial details.
• Comply with all applicable tax and reporting obligations in your jurisdiction.

5. Withdrawals & Redemptions

• Withdrawals may only be made during designated redemption windows (e.g., quarterly or annually).
• Redemption requests must be submitted in advance and are subject to fund liquidity.
• HedgeCo reserves the right to delay or restrict withdrawals in exceptional circumstances to protect all investors.

6. Fees & Charges

• Management Fee: 2% annually of Assets Under Management.
• Performance Fee: 20% of net profits, subject to hurdle rates or high-water marks where applicable.
• All fees are deducted before calculating investor returns.

7. Account Security

• Investors are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their login credentials.
• HedgeCo uses encryption to protect accounts but is not liable for losses arising from unauthorized access caused by investor negligence.

8. Data Privacy

• Personal data is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
• By using HedgeCo, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your data for compliance and operational purposes.

9. Regulatory Compliance

• HedgeCo complies with applicable financial regulations, AML, and KYC laws.
• It is the investor's responsibility to ensure legal eligibility before investing.

10. Limitation of Liability

• HedgeCo is not liable for market losses, withdrawal delays, or indirect/consequential damages.
• Liability is limited to the extent permitted by law.

11. Termination

• HedgeCo reserves the right to suspend or terminate any investor account for providing false information, breaching these Terms, or as required by law.

12. Amendments

• HedgeCo may update these Terms from time to time with a new "Last Updated" date.
• Continued use of HedgeCo services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

13. Governing Law

• These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the applicable jurisdiction.
